Tax Department Administrative Assistant

Location: Century City, CA
Avitus Group has an immediate opening for an entry level opportunity as a Tax Department Administrative Assistant! 

The Tax Department Administrative Assistant is responsible for sorting and/or scanning documents received from clients. This position will verify the legibility of these documents, conduct basic data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned.

The hours will typically be Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, overtime may be expected during tax season.

  • Ability to multi-task and delegate when needed
  • Must have effective oral and written communication
  • Scheduling experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • 1-3 years office experience
  • Prior tax experience is preferred
