Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Location: Livermore, CA
An integrated life science production company is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant  to join their growing team in Livermore, CA! This opportunity offers a Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Full Time schedule. We are only seeking candidates that are at the top of their professionalism with experience working alongside Scientist and Engineers on a daily basis.
Skills you must have:
  • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Invoicing
  • Inventory Control
  • Manage office communications
  • Strong office clerical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
What you need to provide to be successful in this role:
  • Strong Bookkeeping experience
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
  • Extremely computer literate including social media
  • Experience working with insurance providers, vendors, and customers.
  • Take clear direction from executive level personal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Both team oriented & able to work independently
  • Efficient & Streamlined
  • Have vision and provide input that may grow the company
