Bilingual Member Support Specialist

Location: Brea, CA
Avitus Group is growing! We are seeking a Bilingual Member Support Specialist to join our Brea team and assist with the day to day administrative support of this department. 

Our Member Development team is responsible for the daily relationship between Avitus Group and our new and existing members. This high impact department assists and nurtures the member relationship with Avitus Group as they learn our products, software’s, services, and team members. The Member Support Specialist is responsible for assisting existing member’s needs with training on our time tracking and payroll software, as well as troubleshooting issues the members run into while learning the Avitus Group services.

This position will have heavy phone and email communication and must be available to assist the member outside of regular hours if necessary. In addition, processing report requests from members and management will be a heavy role as well. Therefore, strong knowledge of Excel reporting functions is necessary.

  • Bilingual in Spanish
