Office Coordinator

Location: Great Falls, Montana
A growing, 28 year old sprinkler installation company is seeking an office coordinator to join their family in Great Falls, Montana.  The office coordinator will be the primary contact for potential customers, current customers, vendors, and fellow staff.  This position is responsible for maintaining order in the office by attending to in-person customer and staff, answering phones in a professional manner and assisting callers, coordination of installation and service schedules, dispatching service technicians and installation crews, daily invoicing and bookkeeping functions, administrative tasks, and others duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements include:
  • High school diploma/ GED
  • 2 years of experience with Bookkeeping functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office products
  • Helpful, friendly personality
  • Willing to learn and share knowledge
This position is year round with the possibility of a flexible schedule during winter months.  This position is benefit eligible for IRA match, dental, vision, prescription and others.
