VP of BOTS Sales

Location: San Jose, CA
An energetic and motivated communication technology company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for their BOTS sector.  This opportunity will be primarily responsible for the leadership, development, and growth of a dynamic team which will support growth strategy and commercial initiatives. Successful candidates will be commercially-minded sales leaders with track records of success using both direct and distribution sales models. An executive in this position must focus on customer expectation, proactively manage issues and opportunities, and strive for continuous improvement leading to improved results. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for the strategic agenda of B2B sales team for BOTS including setting goals and objectives in accordance with corporate targets
  • Identification of new markets and potential growth opportunities including the growth of new clients or members
  • Understanding of organizational global strategy and use knowledge cross functionally to help increase value to clients
  • Set activities and revenue targets for sales team members individually and collectively
  • Build organizational culture in which performance and corporate values matter
Essential qualifications include:
  • 3+ years’ selling IoT solutions with strong senior level network and proven track record of sales and business development across multiple industry sectors
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
