Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Raleigh, NC
Panaz USA Inc., one of Europe’s leading suppliers of high quality decorative fabrics and wall covering fabrics is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team in Raleigh, North Carolina.   For more than 25 years, we have focused on design excellence and differentiation through technical innovation resulting in diverse and comprehensive range of beautiful, exclusive, and durable fire retardant furnishing fabrics. 

The customer service coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by demonstrating good business judgement and sound business decisions. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Responsible processing of sample requests, sampling analysis and sample inventory
  • Processing sales orders, payments, customer invoices, order follow-up and other procurement or sales related functions
  • Supporting sales teams and customers with pricing and textile inquiries
  • Working with freight forwarders to negotiate pricing and ensure delivery
  • Assist in custom textile projects and managing workflow process
  • Creating custom quotes
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Previous textile and/or manufacturing experience preferred, not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service skills and excellent communication skills
  • College degree or 2-4 years’ work experience in customer service
