As a Sales Manager, you will bring 4Cast's portfolio into organizations, and handle complex customer and stakeholder relationships. You advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Using your passion for 4Cast products, you help spread the magic of our platforms "Predicting the Unpredictable" to organizations around the world. 

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Inside Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, and 4Cast Partners to maximize business results in territory and open up opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level; Engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.
  • Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and building market share. This position is required to increase revenue streams in government, first responders and HLS organizations.
     
As a Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following: 
  • Meets and exceeds assigned sales quota.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and current customers and sales partners.
  • Maintain product knowledge by attending weekly trainings.
  • Attends tradeshows.
  • Travel as needed to maximize growth and revenue.
  • Interact with all levels of organization and make presentations when needed.
  • Build trust and rapport with current and potential customers.
  • Regularly close deals and build future pipeline while meeting goals
  • Complete all 4Cast paperwork timely – expense reports, sales call logs, etc.
  • Keep Supervisor apprised of issues and potential sales.



Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Information Systems, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Field Sales in the technology industry, selling enterprise software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience selling Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-Service (PaaS/IaaS) with experience working towards strategic business goals in the technology industry.
  • Experience in Technical and/or Sales Engineering in Computer Science or Information Systems. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak credibly about PaaS and IaaS, and perform basic technical qualifications.
  • Ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation, strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to plan, present and execute a territory sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated success working with little to no direct daily supervision in a home office
Bonus Experience:
  • Sales Engineering experience
  • Sales experience with government, first responders, and HLS organizations
  • SaaS experience
