What are we looking for?
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Operations Specialist to help serve our expanding client base. We are searching for candidates who are motivated by diving into the details, optimizing tasks to be done quickly and efficiently, while leveraging our technology platform and working directly to assist in the day-to-day servicing duties of insurance.
‘Day in the life’:
- Working with Insurance Producers and Account Managers to assist and complete operational duties
- Leveraging technology on a daily basis to improve our service offering, including the automation of applications, renewals, certificates, endorsements and claims
- Working with Producers and other team members to obtain Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Proof of Insurance and Auto ID Cards
- Running Motor Vehicle Checks
- Assist with Applications
- Downloading, organizing and publicizing important Insurance Carrier documents for the broader AM and producer team
- Updating, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce information
- Creating invoices
- Claims reporting and monitoring

What do we require?
- Must be able to work autonomously while also being a strong team player.
- Must be able to balance a large number of requests, communicate on deadlines and set expectations appropriately.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as superior client service and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated efficiency with computer systems and software, including but not limited to GSuite, Slack, Salesforce is a plus but not necessary.
- You do not need to be licensed in insurance for this job.
