What are we looking for?
As a growing company, we are looking to add a Customer Service Manager to join our team! This person will ensure that each job is produced efficiently and to the customer’s specifications.
‘Day in the life’:
  • Monitor interactions between sales reps, customers, and customer service reps.
  • Make sure all inbound customer calls are held to company standards.
  • Taking charge of making sure all communication from the customer service rep is being communicated effectively with the General Manager Supervisor/Owner, the sales Team, and Production Team, informing & updating them regularly to guarantee the customer’s objectives are met.
  • Make sure all processed customer orders are handled in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
  • Make sure all invoice are correct once job is complete.
  • Help handle customer complaints.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Your team / Responsibilities:
  • Making sure the team is running the electronic backorder report twice a day and generates tickets for production to produce.
  • Look for State Bids that fit our capabilities and make sure there are estimate and submitted by the due date.
  • Manage Blanket and Tickle items.
  • Manage biz Talk errors.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
Is this you?
  • Ability to facilitate communication between customers, Sales Reps and production personnel while work is in process.
  • Can juggle many tasks and modify plans as requirements change.
  • Initiates and maintains good organization of records and information.
What do we require?
  • College, vocational / technical degree and / or equivalent experience in industry with a strong emphasis on communication skills, sales and service.
