We are looking for dynamic individuals to join Avitus Technology Services, our client facing IT Managed Services Provider, in our service desk. The Service Desk Technician is responsible for handling first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. Excellent customer service is our number one focus!

  • Phone calls
  • Emails
  • Using our ticketing system to resolve and track issues.
  • Infrastructure Support including
    • Workstations,
    • Servers
    • Printers
    • Networks
    • Vendor specific hardware and software
