Pro Sweep Plus is a complete exterior maintenance service provider. We perform a vast array of services enabling customers to contact one provider for all their exterior maintenance needs such as asphalt maintenance, landscape maintenance, commercial sweeping and plowing services.
 
What are we looking for?

A Superintendent / General Manager to join our team! This person must be driven and possess incredible work ethic in all facets of business, including dealing with our customers, employees, and owners. In addition this person is extremely detail oriented while working on customer projects, project billing, and pays attention to quality output.
 
‘Day in the life’:
  • Overseeing, maintaining, and growing the operations and production.
  • Work with staff to enhance the day to day operations.
  • Making sound operation and financial decisions.
  • Assist accessing and quoting projects for both new and existing clients.
  • Involved on making decisions on equipment maintenance, repairs, and purchasing of new assets to complete the jobs and grow the business.
  • Preforming project and time management, assisting with sales, and ensuring that crews, equipment, and materials are on hand to efficiently complete projects.
  • Inspect customer properties to provide job quotes / estimates / bids.
  • Ensure proper care of all company assets.
  • Identify and fill staffing needs.
  • Monitor and enforce company safety policies.
  • Schedule jobs to create the most efficient work flow / project completion to maximize profitability.
  • Meet with / manage crews daily to discuss jobs and scheduling.
 
Is this you?
  • Extensive tree, shrub, and flower knowledge
  • Snow removal 3 years (Preferred)
  • Asphalt Maintenance 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales and project estimating 3 years (Preferred) 
  • Excellent business insight
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Great customer relationship skills
  • Extremely detailed oriented
     
Requirements:
  • Scheduling 2 years
  • Management 3 years
  • Experience and great understanding of outdoor maintenance
Project bidding experience
