What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Professional in our Aurora office! The brand is just getting started and therefore the field is wide open for ambitious sales professionals to aggressively build our dealer network starting with an open field.
 
‘Day in the life’:
  • Create, maintain and support relationship with retail dealers, buying groups, and potentially outside sales reps.
  • Hands-on account development, training, and sales support.
  • Develop sales programs, channel expansion, and profitable sales growth.
  • Develops new accounts with large national chains, online retailers, bricks & mortar independent dealers, and buying groups
  • Aggressively expand dealer network, and grow business with dealers and customers that you have already landed
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key account personnel and manages day-to-day needs thereof
  • Works with other team members to ensure excellent sales support, and ultimately responsible that accounts are being proactively taken care of
  • Participation in creating and refining dealer programs and sales materials
  • Conveys technical concepts related to the firearms and tactical optics on the phone, through e-mail and in person
  • Works with R&D team for future products, representing the customer and what they want
Is this you?
  • Experienced at implementing effective sales skills, principles, and methods
  • Experience in tactical shooting and the Sport Optic industry is highly preferred.
  • Good with numbers as it relates to pricing and margins
  • Self-starter, ambitious, passionate, and takes pride in performance.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem solver and strong sense of customer service.
 
What do we require?
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of dealer and big box retailer account management (a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable higher education from an accredited institution preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, strong interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone, and a positive, high energy personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to travel 15% of the time.
  •  Must have high integrity
