What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Richmond, BC! This person would be responsible for providing optimum customer service to help our customers and create Brand Loyalty through excellence. This requires that you take personal and complete responsibility for every order to ensure that the customer requirements are met from time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered, invoiced and the customer is satisfied.
‘Day in the life’:
  • Assist the customer with any inquiry or problem concerning their orders.
  • Ensure all verbal and written communication is in line with company expectations as well as being polite and professional at all times.
  • Provide language support across entire business as requested by your line manager.
  • Process/monitor all orders according to HH best practice.
  • To provide feedback from customers comments to the brand and business teams to assist product development and brand growth.
  • Follow up and manage backorders and shipping to ensure backlogs are minimal and customer expectations are met and/or exceeded.
  • Provide product information as required and to respond to customers technical inquiries.
  • In case of non-availability of stock always recommend alternative products.
  • Assist customers in claims and process them in an efficient matter so that the outcome is positive.                                           
  • Perform any combination of essential and/or equivalent work as requested by your line Manager.
  • Always be a Helly Hansen brand ambassador regardless of whether you are at work or not.
