What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Associate to join our Avitus Technology Services team in Billings, MT that is interested in working in an ever changing and challenging field!
Day in the life:
  • Fielding support calls
  • Diagnosing technical issues
  • Completing service tickets
  • Tracking time
  • Client documentation
  • Training

What do we require?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing and network systems
  • Diagnostic skills on technical issues
  • Passion for technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Exceptional typing skills
